How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app on the device that made the purchase, sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account, and tap Restore Purchases in the purchase screen. Your purchases will come back automatically.
How do I remove ads and unlock the premium games?
Open the "Viral + New Games" menu in the app and tap the ads removal button. Completing the purchase removes ads and unlocks the premium games, including the Razza games.
I bought something but it is not unlocked.
Close the app fully and open it again, then tap Restore Purchases. If it is still locked, email us with your purchase receipt and the device you use, and we will fix it.
Where are the Legendary Players, Legendary Teams and Legendary Scorers purchases?
Legendary Teams is inside the 38-0-0 and 15-0-0 games. Legendary Scorers is inside Beat the Footballer. Legendary Players is inside the Razza games, which are unlocked by the ads removal purchase.
How do I report a bug or suggest a game?
Email us with your device model, your app version, and a short description or screenshot. Game ideas are always welcome.
